BASIC PURCHASE ORDER INFORMATION

Purpose of treatment:

Management of the supplier’s data for the fulfillment of the object of the contract. The legal basis for the processing of your data is the conclusion of a contract and will be stored for the duration of the contractual relationship or until the expiration of the statute of limitations for actions that may arise from the contractual relationship.

2.Administrative management. The legal basis for the processing of your data is the conclusion of a contract and will be stored for the duration of the contractual relationship.

3.Accounting management. The legal basis for the processing of your data is the fulfillment of a legal obligation established in the Royal Decree of August 22, 1885 by which the Commercial Code is published and will be stored for the period of time established in said regulation and other applicable legislation.

4.Fiscal management. The legal basis for the processing of your data is the fulfillment of a legal obligation established in Law 58/2003, of December 17, 2003, General Tax Law and will be stored for the period established in that law and other applicable legislation.

Data recipients:

a) The client’s personal data will be communicated to the Public Administrations (Agencia Estatal de Administración Tributaria/ Facenda) as necessary, in order to comply with the legal obligations with said Administration.

b) Supplier data required for the justification of subsidies will be communicated to other public administrations, based on the legitimate interest of the data controller (to improve the competitiveness of the company).

c) The necessary data will be communicated to the banking entities in order to make the bank deposits and payments derived from the contractual relationship.

Obligation to provide data

The supplier is not obliged to provide the data, but the communication of the data is a prerequisite, without which the contract cannot be concluded.

Transfer of data to third countries:

No International Data Transfers will be made.

 

Rights of the interested party:

– Access: the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not we are processing your personal data, to know what it is, what it is used for, how long it will be stored, the origin of the data and whether it has been or will be communicated to a third party.

– Rectification: the right to request the rectification of inaccurate data and the completion of incomplete personal data.

– Deletion: the right to request the deletion of personal data when they are inadequate, excessive or no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, including the right to be forgotten.

– Opposition: the right to object, in certain circumstances, to the processing of your personal data or to request that the processing be stopped.

– Limitation of Processing: the right to request, in the legally established circumstances, that your data not be processed beyond the mere conservation of the same.

– Portability: the right to receive personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to be able to transmit it to another data controller, whenever technically possible.

7.Maintenance of customer history. The legitimacy to process your data is the legitimate interest of the responsible to maintain a history of sales of services/products, for possible resumption of the contractual relationship in the future. The data will be stored as long as the data subject does not request the deletion of his/her data. For purposes whose legitimacy is based on consent, we inform you that consent may be revoked at any time by writing to the address of the data controller, without the withdrawal of consent affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out prior to its withdrawal.

Data recipients: The client’s personal data will be communicated to the Public Administrations in order to comply with the legal obligations with said Administration.

Obligation to provide data: The customer is not obliged to provide the data, but the communication of the same is a prerequisite, without which the contract may not be concluded if necessary or the issuance of the corresponding invoices.
