Polirrós manufactures thermoplastic parts and components for vehicle interiors and exteriors using the thermoforming technique. In addition, we are the first and only Spanish company to use Twin-sheet thermoforming technology to develop exterior and interior parts to replace fiberglass reinforced parts (prfv) for electric, hydrogen and hybrid vehicles, achieving a weight reduction of 30%. 100% recyclable parts and components.

• The thermoplastic parts manufactured by Polirrós comply with the 2000/53/CE directive on end-of-life vehicles (concerning the reuse and recycling of thermoplastic parts).
• Polirrós uses raw material based on the European Regulation No. 118 of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (fire performance of interior components).
• Materials approved according to the EN-45545 standard for fire behavior in the railway sector.
